Refund Policy

VOICE GERMAN believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if we don’t provide what we offered before admission and it can be first 7 days of payment. If after taken admission anyone wants to leave or not want to do course it’s totally students responsibility and students can’t claim for refund.

We offer refund only if we don’t provide what we offered before admission

In case of proven that you are not getting what we offered before admission in written , Refunds can be approved by the VOICE GERMAN & it’ll take 16-30 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
